The ceremony is outdoor at the beautiful Vineyard Ballroom courtyard. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoor.
BLACK TIE OPTIONAL We would love to see our family and friends dress to impress! We are requesting colorful black tie or formal attire for our wedding! Colors are encouraged, but not required! Patterns or solid colors are both okay. We do ask that you avoid white and cream colors as these are reserved for both the bride & groom. Ladies, think floor length dresses or jumpsuits in summery hues- bring on the color and glamour! If possible, kindly avoid black, maroon or brown. Men, tuxs or suits are perfect. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm. We ask that everyone arrives and is seated by no later than 5:30pm so that we can start on time! If you are early, please enjoy passed champagne and signature drinks on us, or spend some time at the Renault Winery bar for a glass of wine or specialty cocktail to the left of our ceremony space. Anyone who arrives after the ceremony begins will be asked to wait to enter and begin celebrating with us at cocktail hour.
We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask our guests to keep their phones in their pockets or purses and enjoy this moment with us being completely present. We have hired a wonderful photo and video team and promise to share these photos with you all! Our day of coordinator, Giovanna, will be enforcing this for us so that our photographers can get wonderful shots, without cell phones in them. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like with/ of the bride and groom after the conclusion of the ceremony!!
All invited guests are listed by name on your invitation and will appear online when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would like to keep our wedding an intimate event for only close family and friends.
We have decided to keep our wedding as an adult only event with the exception of the children in our wedding party who will be present for the ceremony. Please use this night as a date night out on us! As much as we love your little ones, we hope you understand.
Of course! But remember, the drinks are on us... the hangover is on you!
Yes! After the wedding, we are having an afterparty onsite at Renault at the bar and restaurant adjacent to the reception space. There will be late night snacks including cheesesteaks & sliders to go at the conclusion of the reception to enjoy at the after party. There will be a full cash bar.
Please kindly RSVP on our wedding website using the QR on your invitation by August 2nd, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as not attending so that we can give an appropriate head count to our vendors by their required dates! You will be missed!
Yes! There is parking onsite at the venue near the outdoor ceremony space. Feel free to arrive early and enjoy a cocktail at the bar while waiting for the ceremony to begin. If you are staying at Chateau Renault, there is parking available at the hotel. If you are staying at The Fairfield Inn in Absecon, we have arrived transportation and will update when the date is closer with shuttle times!
We plan on spending the remainder of our Labor Day/ Wedding weekend continuing the celebrations on the beach in Ocean City before we leave for our honeymoon! All are welcomed to join, please reach out to us for help with shore house rentals or hotels should you wish to spend the weekend down the shore with us!!
