What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving around 3:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before everything starts. Doors will open a bit earlier so you can relax and enjoy before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in upscale cocktail attire. For men, this means a suit and tie. For women, a long or midi dress, or elegant cocktail dress is perfect!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block for the weekend at Hotel Haya. Two other great hotel options right in Ybor City and just steps from our venue, include Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa/Ybor City/Downtown and Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Ybor Historic District.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Hotel Haya provides valet services. There’s plenty of public parking available near the venue in Ybor City. Guests can use the Centro Ybor Parking Garage (1500 E 5th Ave) or the Palm Avenue Garage (2010 N 13th St), both just a short walk from Hotel Haya. Street parking is also available but may be limited on busy weekends, so we recommend arriving a little early.
