Siani

Bridesmaid

I remember it like it was yesterday. We met on the field for soccer and became best friends. Since then, we have spent every living second with each other and I ended up living in her house with her and making her mom go crazy and now we are sisters for life! We also found out out that we watched and liked a lot of the same things like the movie “Dude, Where’s My Car?” We would say shibby! to each other a lot and make noises from Charlie the unicorn. We always have great times together!

Diana

Bridesmaid

I’m Diana, I’d like to consider myself the glitter that will forever stain Marissa's life. No matter how much you try to clean it off it’s there forever. I can still hear the words “so umm what size are your gauges?“ sitting outside of the library and who knew my life would change from there! It was the first day of moving in for soccer pre-season at college and I was spending the whole orientation thinking “how am I going to befriend the girl with the green hair?” I had blue hair and gauges, and knew I needed to befriend this chick! The best friendship ever just started growing from there and Marissa got me through soccer season, figuring out college, and one of the hardest heartbreaks ever!! Now 10 years later, I have my family for life. In 2013 Mike said, “isn’t it crazy the people you meet in college are supposed to become lifelong friends… I wonder who it’ll be?” Now, I have the honor of being a bridesmaid in the wedding of the year. Love you Marissa and Mike!

Amie

Bridesmaid

Hello, my name is Amie Roetz and I am a teacher in Delaware! I met Marissa back in 2013 at Cabrini University! We started off as two strangers moving into our freshman year of college eager to start the next chapter of our lives and quickly became inseparable besties! Going from neighbors in Xavier hall, suffering through 8am classes, to walking across the stage during graduation, to where we are now, I couldn’t have asked for a better friend! Marissa and I have always been there for each other through thick and thin! It feels like we have known each other forever. We are the type of friends who can go months without talking and then one day call one another and pick up right where we left off. I’m so excited to be standing by your side as you start the next chapter of your life with Mike! Congratulations!!!

Chechi

Bridesmaid

I met Marissa in the first week of college, and within five minutes of speaking with her, I made the craziest decision to invite her to move into my dorm room, and, ultimately, that was the best decision I ever made. Not only did she become my best friend, but I cannot imagine my life without her.

Lauren

Bridesmaid

Marissa and I met working at a tutoring center & quickly became great friends over our love of books, sushi, & all things murder. Actually, it started with all of our references to The Outsiders. One of our favorite things to do is go to lunch then roam around Barnes & Noble. We are literally the same personality type and clicked instantly. It’s very apparent we weren’t made sisters because no one woman could handle the both of us. To quote Mike, he’d “leave in the middle of the night”

Spinden

Bridesman

Marissa and I met for the first time in the TCA afterschool room when I was in middle school. Her bright red Ford pulled into the parking lot and I asked her mother who the person was that I could hear through the windows. After she walked into the building, her mother introduced me and we hit it off straight away. We figured out pretty quickly that I was the smaller, male version of Marissa. Talking to her was like speaking into a mirror and that’s why we get along so well. I would see her whenever she would visit TCA and every time, it was filled with too much laughter and fun. She eventually became my soccer coach and it was amazing to say the least. No one can make you love diving quite like Marissa can. Since then, we have developed a beautiful big sister/little brother relationship. We bond over many things, including our love for music and being movie theater enthusiasts. We have a great compromise between my love of superheroes flicks and her horror movie passion. I knew, from the moment we traded Ugg slippers at one of our soccer games, that we were going to be friends for life.

Groomsman

Grand Piano. Wedding Crashers. Guitar Hero 3… I remember the first day we met, I was anxious. It was hard moving 300 miles to a different state for school. I didn’t know where I was living, never mind who my roommate would be. I remember being so nervous to see who would walk through the door freshman year and I’m so happy it was you. I remember we were fast friends; laughing and talking like we had been friends for years. I’m so thankful he shared his humor, his conversation and his time with me. Congratulations for marrying your best friend and thank you for including me on the start of this beautiful journey. Cheers!

Tbh i forgot the exact story behind how we met. All I remember is they were like "this is Mike" and kind of let you roam around the lot lol then we started iiiiiiiiiiimediately roasting people in the lot and being goofy and our fates were sealed.

Byron

Groomsman

I was chillin with Rolland outside when they sent ya with us. We were chillin and talked about movies, and did everything but work. That was that for the rest of ours lives.
