We're getting married!!!

Michael and Lisa were introduced to one another by Lisa's sister, Erin, sometime in 2009 (probably). Michael, Lisa, Erin and the entire Russell family, for that matter, all frequented Cafe Delirium, and Michael usually sat with the same large group of men, which included another mutual friend, Mark Ihrig. Even after meeting, Lisa and Michael would only ever chit chat at the coffee shop. This would continue for a few years. Fast forward to January of 2016. Since 2009 Michael and Lisa had become Facebook friends and had progressed from shooting the breeze for a few minutes when they were both at the coffee shop to FB chatting once in a while. Michael was definitely on Lisa's radar as she had discovered his incredible sense of humor. According to Michael, Lisa was on his radar as well, as he discovered through their chats that she was rather sassy and occasionally, smart ass-y. So, January, 2016, Michael and Lisa were talking. Mike asked Lisa if she'd ever been to the Hoppy Brewer. She said no, she usually went to Bar 33 if she was gonna go out for a drink. So he suggested two dates: the first one at Hoppy and the second at Bar 33. And away they went. Over the next almost 3 years they would fall in love, learn to fight fair, go on many adventures including to Ohio to meet much of Michael's extended family, and get to know each other's families pretty well. On Christmas Eve of 2018, around 1:30pm, Michael asked Lisa to marry him very creatively out by the Red Shed at Edgefield. She of course said yes!! Lisa's favorite part of the engagement was when Michael asked her if she would accept his final rose. The two are eagerly looking forward to their upcoming wedding in February!! Here's to love!!!
