The Inn at Union Pier are holding their remaining 13 rooms for us the weekend of September 25th & 26th. Since its more of a boutique hotel, they don’t do a formal room block contract or booking link. Guests will have to call and inquire about the Lucking-Cottier Wedding room block. There’s is a 2 night minimum stay for booking. GUEST ROOM RATES The rooms start at $269 and go up to $379 depending on the type of room guests choose. INCLUDES A full set menu breakfast is included each morning , snacks, ice tea, lemonade, coffee, tea, hot chocolate also included, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor hot tub, wine & popcorn 5-7 every evening, and only 3 minute walk to the beach. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS Guests will have to call and inquire about the Lucking-Cottier Wedding room block. Any unbooked rooms will be released back to the hotel.

WEDDING BLOCK CODE: LMW DATES 9/25/26 & 9/26/26 GUEST ROOM RATES All of our weekends during our peak season are a 2 night minimum which means guests cannot book Saturday 9/26/26 for just one night by itself. They only do blocks of 20 rooms with two queen beds. The hotel cannot add more rooms to the block once it reaches the cut off date or is filled, the maximum amount of block rooms contracted is 20. Monday through Friday morning 6:30am to 9:30am and Saturday and Sunday morning 7:00am to 10:00am. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS Guests are to individually book their own rooms with a valid credit card by using or mentioning the block code which is LMW . Guests should book by calling the hotel directly. Any reservations not booked directly with the hotel from the block cannot be changed to the block rate. We also cannot honor the block rate with reservations booked through 3rd party websites such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Priceline etc. CUT-OFF DATE There is a cut off date for the block of 8/25/26. After the cut off date has occurred the block and block rate are no longer available. Any unbooked rooms from the block go back into normal hotel inventory. The hotel cannot add more rooms to the block once it reaches the cut off date or is filled, the maximum amount of block rooms contracted is 20. ****The hotel asks that the person setting up the block please inform anyone booking rooms at the hotel that check in time starts at 4pm eastern and they must plan their arrival accordingly around that. The hotel cannot alter its check in time. A request for early check in is not guaranteed. If rooms are available early we do allow early check in; but again that is not a guarantee. *****
