Leah and Michael spent months in Jackson, Wyoming, without ever crossing paths, until fate dropped them into a group chat. On April 13th, they met for the first time at Persephone Bakery. What began as tea turned into a walk around town and ended four hours later over margaritas. Dates followed at The Bird, Stagecoach, and Phelps Lake, along with an undeniable connection. Leah returned to life in New York, and, a few months later, Michael followed. Their relationship grew, navigating distance (Leah in Manhattan and Michael in Brooklyn) and the many milestones that came after. Months turned into years marked by new jobs, moving in together, and ongoing negotiations about the conditions under which Fen, their dog, is allowed on the bed. Through it all, they always made time for new adventures. When Leah planned a bike trip through France, Michael knew the moment was too good to miss. In June of 2025, Michael proposed on the banks of Seine. They cannot wait to celebrate the next chapter of their relationship with everyone this September. Until then!
