What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits for men.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We’ve arranged a Sprinter van from Top Notch Transportation to shuttle guests from Talking Stick Resort to the golf club. It will run 2:30pm to 4:15pm and 9:00pm to 11:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be parking available at Talking Stick Golf Club.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
