Following the rehearsal, we are having a buffet dinner for anyone that wants to join. It will start between 5:30-5:45 and all are welcome. No dress code!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

3:30 pm

Semi-formal attire suggested. The ceremony will be on the grass a short walk from the clubhouse, so keep this in mind when choosing shoes. Our wedding will be a colorful and eclectic event with a boho garden party feel. I've been telling people it's Midsommar aesthetics with White Zombie vibes. Michael told me to tell y'all to dress like you're going to your misdemeanor arraignment :).

Ceremony begins at 3:30, followed by a cocktail hour with charcuterie and drinks. At the reception, we will have plenty of classic West Virginia Italian food served buffet style, signature cocktails and mocktails, dancing, and of course... karaoke! We have arranged for a van to be available to transport guests to the venue and back, if desired. Pick-up will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Courtyard-Marriott at 30 Shaner Dr., Bridgeport, WV, and will be available on site, at the venue, to help guests get back to the hotel.
