Everyone's personal health and safety is our highest priority. We are requesting that if you were/are exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID or you are feeling ill with any COVID-like symptoms that you take a COVID test and receive a negative result on the morning of the wedding day. The ceremony will be outdoors on the ceremony lawn so dress accordingly (and bring your sunglasses!) The reception will be indoors.
Carlsbad weather in March range between low 70s and high 50s. Carlsbad is a coastal city so weather will be cooler at night.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses or pant suits, and the gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Barongs and filipiniana attire is welcome!
We are welcoming children from our immediate and extended families only.
Please be prepared to arrive at our venue by 3:30pm, so the ceremony can begin promptly.
Yes! Self parking will be available free-of-charge at the venue. There is no fee or towing if you decide to leave your car overnight in The Crossings lot.
Yes! There is elevator access to and from the ceremony lawn and the clubhouse.
Yes! Please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP with your meal choice.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will Not Attend,” so we can plan accordingly.
