Try the deep dish (pan pizza) - you won't regret it!

The Boardwalk | Riverwalk

The Boardwalk | Riverwalk

300 - 390 West Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60654

The Chicago Riverwalk is one of the best ways to experience the city up close—stretching along the Chicago River with scenic views of iconic architecture. Lined with bars, restaurants, and casual hangout spots, it’s perfect for grabbing a drink, taking a stroll, or soaking in the energy of downtown Chicago.

Island Party Boat

Island Party Boat

355 East Riverwalk South, Chicago, IL 60601
, 3126008454

For a fun, high-energy way to experience the city, check out Island Party Boat Chicago—a tropical, tiki-style cruise along the Chicago River or Lake Michigan with music, skyline views, and unlimited drinks. It’s a great way to get a buzz on… on a boat. Located right off the Chicago Riverwalk, it’s easy to pair your cruise with a quick stroll or pre-drink along the waterfront.

The Museum Campus

The Museum Campus

337 East Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601

Chicago’s Museum Campus is home to three of the city’s most iconic attractions—the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Adler Planetarium—all set along a beautiful stretch of Lake Michigan. Explore everything from dinosaurs and ancient civilizations to vibrant aquatic life and immersive space exhibits, all within a walkable lakefront park with stunning skyline views.

Chicago Botanic Garden

Chicago Botanic Garden

1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022

The Chicago Botanic Garden is a stunning, peaceful escape featuring beautifully curated gardens, walking paths, and seasonal blooms across 385 acres. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll or a scenic afternoon—but note that it’s located outside the city, about a 30–40 minute drive from downtown Chicago. We recommend renting a car for the easiest visit, or taking the Metra Union Pacific North Line to Glencoe and using a short rideshare to the entrance. While Uber/Lyft is an option, it can be more expensive and less reliable for the return trip.
