Things To Do

We love Minnesota! We hope these recommendations will help you understand why. Please let Kelly know if you'd like some more recommendations.

Lucky's 13 Pub

1352 Sibley Memorial Highway, Mendota, MN 55150

Lucky's 13 is a place we like to eat near our venue. It has bar food for a reasonable price. We like the atmosphere of the place a lot.

O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co.

600 Malcolm Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis, MN 55414

If you're a Whiskey lover, O'Shaughnessy's is a great Distillery in Minneapolis. They have delicious cocktails, great food and a huge outdoor area. It's right next to Surly Brewing Company. Both places have fire tables and are a great place to spend a few hours. It's a bit further away from the venue, but it's worth it!

Mall of America®

60 East Broadway, Bloomington, MN 55425

One of the most popular places in the Twin Cities for tourists is the Mall of America. It's the biggest Mall in the United States. There's a movie theatre, more than one arcade, tons of restaurants, mini golf and more. One of the greatest parts of the mall is the indoor Amusement Park.

Saint Paul

Saint Paul, MN

Downtown St. Paul has lots of sites to see. There's the Minnesota State Capitol, the St. Paul Cathedral, the Minnesota Science Museum, and historic houses along Summit Avenue.

Historic Fort Snelling

200 Tower Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55111

If you're a history lover, this one is for you. Fort Snelling is a Fort that was established to protect the city of St. Paul. Now it's a museum. Kelly's Grandfather signed up for the Army here during WW2.

Como Park Zoo & Conservatory

1225 Estabrook Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55103

Como Zoo is a free zoo in St. Paul, MN. There are also amusement rides here. Kelly's Grandparents took her here a lot as a child. Mike and Kelly also went on a date here to relive their childhoods. It has grown but is still a lot of fun!

Stillwater

Stillwater, MN 55082

If you're in town a bit longer, there's a town called Stillwater not far outside of the cities. It's a cute town along the river. Mike and Kelly went to Stillwater on their first Valentine's Day together and have been back several times since then.

For all the days along the way
