I have known Jamie my whole life. Literally my WHOLE life because we are cousins. We weren't always best friends, though. Some of our most memorable times are elementary school when we didn't care for the fact that we looked alike. Teachers mixed up our names, and it wasn't our favorite at all. However, college began and we needed roommates. From the moment that college started, we realized we needed each other. We also realized that we don't really look that much alike...haha She is the reason I started working at CGC. Jamie is the voice of reason in my life. She literally saved my life from an allergic reaction years ago. She makes me a better person just by being my friend, and I am so thankful she is willing to stand next to me on my special day. Jess and I go back to high school days. Those years were shaped by a circle of friends, and she led the group. I was a very cautious teenager, and she always brought out the fun. Some of our best times have been just sitting on the back porch at her parents' house talking about everything in the world. We dreamed about life and what we would do when we graduated, and we were there with each other as everything we planned ended up changing as it usually does at that age. We have been with each other through heartbreak, happiness, childbirth, and loss. Jess is a constant in my life because no matter what we might not agree about or how things change, I know I can pick up the phone and nothing is different. I hope that's how it always will be. Kayla and I didn't become friends until after high school, and yet it seems like she has always been there. Summer after senior year was one of the best summers of my whole life. Kayla started dating Jess's brother, and we have all been inseparable since that time. Kayla is the adventurer. She is the YES person. Everything is a good idea, and therefore we always have fun. I don't want that to sound negative. For example: When Kayla was soon to be married, we rode around backroads one night, and suddenly decided to drive to the beach. She drove us there to spend the day and then come home. We did that! Life is an adventure with KB around, and I love that. She is loyal, loving, talented, fun, and full of life. Kelsey and I have one of the funniest stories of friendship. When I started college, I was invited to hang out at The BCM. That turned into one of the greatest things because I met lifetime friends and was able to do mission trips that changed my life. Funny thing is that Kels and I were not immediate friends. It took time for us to warm up to each other. Once we became friends, however, we were in it for the long haul. Kelsey is wise. She is the best navigator I have ever met. She has the ability to plan the perfect vacation and somehow we can see 3,000 places for like $50.00...lol She has a huge heart. She is loyal to her friends and family, and will sacrifice for them all. She is witty, and she appreciates my weird movie and music choices. She can also cook anything. Kels is gold!

Lydia and I have lived an adventurous friendship. I feel that our deepest bond occurred with a mutual appreciation for James Taylor music & Dolly. lol Lydia and I have grown closer through the years as we have shared love of our grandmothers & all things southern. She walked all over NOLA with me one year until we found a store that had the right pralines to take back home to my Granny. In the past few years, we have both lost our grandmothers. While it was so hard, I knew she understood my loss and my pain. Lyd lives on the other side of TN, but she drives to friend get togethers and important events because she values her friends. She always checks in if it has been a few days since we've talked. Lydia is always there no matter the distance between us. She is constant. I am grateful!

Faith and I have been friends since 6th grade. I used to see her in the hallway every day, and she would smile the kindest smile. I knew immediately she was someone I wanted to hang out with. Faf and I have a constant friendship that survives distance and time without seeing each other. She is family to me, and her loving family has adopted me and treated me as their own from day one. I am grateful that I know someone who is so smart and kind and self aware. She genuinely cares about making the world better by counseling and giving her clients a voice. She has dreams and she fulfills them. She accomplishes every goal she makes. She moved to NY, and has a made a life there. She is brave. I am thankful to know Faf. She is my lifelong friend and sister and I love her.

Lakeisha and I became friends years ago when Kelsey said, "You have to meet my friend Lakeisha. You will love her." I was hesitant because while I love meeting new people, I was good with the friends I had. After one night hanging out with Lakeisha, I realized how much I wanted this girl to be my friend. Through the years, we have survived NOLA and Luke Bryan's Farm Tour & bonded over our deep love of TN football. She spent two hours with me one year on my birthday searching through every pair of boots in a store until we found a pair to fit my feet. She is a true blue southern girl who is loyal to a fault. Lakeisha is the one you want beside you in a fight...haha and then to fix your hair after. She is also one of the most loving and caring people i've ever known. I love you Keisha!
