When should I get in? When should I depart?

That is totally up to you! Sept 13 weekend will be early fall in high country Colorado - absolutely beautiful! We would love folks to make a trip of this and experience CO for all it has to offer - whether it is staying in near by mountain towns, catching a show at red rocks, hitting some 14ers, renting mountain bikes, floating the river in Golden - make this a trip to remember!

How long is the drive from Denver Airport?

Answer

The drive is a scenic 2 hour drive over mountain passes and through some of the most beautiful parts of CO.

Should I bring a bathing suit?

Answer

Yes! During the day, Grand Lake in early September should be 70 degrees and sunny. If it decides to snow, then you use the suit for the hot tub.

What is there to do in Grand Lake?

Answer

While Grand Lake is a no-stop light little town, there is tons to do in the area. Rent a boat or kayak to go on the lake, fish in the colorado river, hot one of the many scenic hikes in the area, rent ATVs, visit Rocky Mountain National Park, the world is your oyster! Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a ton of Hotels in Grand Lake - but if you lock an Aribnb down early, you may be able to snag one right on the water and pay less than a hotel!

Are pets allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask you leave the fury friends at home as they are not allowed at the venue. If you want to bring them to your airbnb/hotel, feel free!
