Yes! As of now weddings are allowed in Texas with some restrictions. We will be staying up to date with the changes as the wedding day gets closer. We will make sure to comply with them so everyone is as safe as possible.
Yes! The ceremony will be held outdoors so there will be plenty of space to social distance. The venue for the reception is very large and can accommodate up to 700 people so we will be able to social distance within the restrictions.
Please RSVP by June 1st so we can have a more accurate number for the reception dinner. If you have missed this date that’s okay! RSVP anyway! Don’t let that stop you from coming and enjoying the party!

Yes! They are welcome to celebrate! It is important to note that the venue has wildlife that can roam the grounds. For the children’s safety, it is required that parents have an adult supervise them outside the building.

Unfortunately there is no transportation from the hotel to the venue.
The theme for this wedding is southwestern. The main colors will be teal, red and gold.

If you are having trouble here are some directions that may help: From I-37 take exit 40 toward Farm to Market Road 888 If you are coming from Woodsboro take a RIGHT onto FM 888 If you are coming from San Antonio take a LEFT onto FM 888 From FM 888 take a left onto FM 1040. There will be a small church on the left hand side. Go straight down FM 1080 for about 3 miles and you will see signs for the venue or the large gate entrance. Take a left and follow the path to the venue. You will be able to see a large red building. You made it!
The venue is TABC certified so this means they will be providing the alcohol. Any alcohol you bring cannot go into the building.
The wedding will begin at 5:30 p.m. so please arrive before then.
Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible.
We are having barbecue of course! There will be brisket, sausage, chicken, rice, beans, bread and a spring salad with the option of ranch or honey mustard dressing. You won’t regret waiting for this meal! It’s amazing! We will be serving tea or water with the dinner. If you don’t want either, regular soft drinks are provided at the bar.
At the moment we do not have a vegan/vegetarian option. Please let us know at least a week before the wedding and we will see if one can be made for you.
Yes. Beer, wine, margaritas and soft drinks will be served for free. Any other alcoholic drinks will have to be paid for.
