How do I RSVP?
Answer
We provided two options for RSVP: you can mail back your RSVP using the pre-stamped envelope, or you can RSVP through the 'RSVP' section on our wedding website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! A bus will depart from the Homewood Suites Hotel in Poughkeepsie, NY, at 4:10 pm. If you're staying at the Residence Inn in Poughkeepsie, NY, it's just a short walk through the parking lot to catch the bus, as the hotels are located next to each other. If you want to use our transportation and you're staying at a nearby hotel not in our hotel block, consider taking an Uber to the Homewood Suites Hotel to catch the bus. It's much easier to find an Uber from Homewood Suites back to your hotel at the end of the night than from Red Maple Vineyard. Buses will depart Red Maple Vineyard at 10:30PM after the reception and again at 12:00AM at the conclusion of the after party.

Guest arrival starts at 4:30pm and the ceremony begins at 5pm.

While we absolutely adore your children, we've made the decision to host our big day as an adults-only event. We hope you understand and can join us for a night of celebration and relaxation!

Is there a dress code?

We're looking forward to dancing the night away with our favorite people! Dress to impress in your finest cocktail attire! Please keep in mind that our ceremony will be held on the lawn when selecting your footwear.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Everyone is welcome to join us the night before the wedding at Mike’s grandparents' drive-in movie theater! Mike’s family has owned and operated several indoor and outdoor movie theaters since 1949. Meet us at the snack bar to enjoy food, drinks, outdoor games, and a movie. Don’t forget to bring essentials for the drive-in, such as blankets, pillows, and chairs to make yourself comfortable.
