Travel Note
Run time: Shuttles will run continuously from 4-5:30pm, 9:30-midnight for transportation to/from reception to designated hotels. Pick Up: AmericInn and Holiday Inn Express only, please wait in lobby. Shuttle #1 will pick up promptly at 4pm at the AmericInn and then go to Holiday Inn Express and run continuously. We encourage you to try to make the first shuttle, and if full, hang out in lobby until the next one as shuttle #2 will follow shortly after. Then, after dropping the first round of guests off, both shuttles will come around one last time to the hotels for a final pick up. We estimate the last shuttle to the reception would be around 4:45/5 PM, but since running continuously there are no exact estimates, so please hang in the lobby if you want to ensure your ride. No food/drinks allowed. You bet we will have water for you at the end of the night(:
