TRANSPORTATION

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at the hotel. Buses will board strictly at 3:15 PM outside the main lobby of the Residence Inn. Please ensure you are ready to board on time so you don't miss the ride!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m so you can settle before the proceedings. Guests will be able to arrive at 4:00 p.m.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS OR A PLUS ONE?

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional guests we've included on your invitation.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). However, the reception will take place indoors.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are doing an unplugged ceremony. We will have our professional photographer there to capture all of our special moments.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Of course! :) You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

No worries! We selected BBQ as it allows for a variety of options to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions and allergies.
