Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. You may RSVP online or by sending back the RSVP card.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Mild fall weather. Bring a coat for the evening!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. We ask that men do not wear a blue suit. Thank you :)

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear next to your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Where should we park? Is parking Fee?

Answer

Valet and self-parking are available in the Rowes Wharf underground garage. Self Parking rate is $49.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options?

Answer

We will be able to accommodate special diets. Please reach out to us directly so we can make accommodations.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a room block? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a room block with Boston Harbor Hotel. If you would like to stay at another hotel we recommend staying in the North End, Downtown, or the Financial District.

Will food be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes. The reception will be a plated sit down dinner. Guests will be able to select their entree tableside. We will be able to accommodate special diets. Please reach out to us directly so we can make accommodations.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Our guests will be staying at many different hotels therefore transportation will not be provided. Both UBER and Lyft are available for getting around Boston.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
