We are excited to celebrate our special day with you! We have created this wedding website as a convenient way to share important details with you in the lead up to our wedding.

Michael planned a day at the zoo with his sisters. As we were on our way his sister Kristen mentioned she needed to check on a project she was working on at Butler University and asked if we would mind doing that on the way to the zoo. When we got to the Butler campus, we all walked to Holcomb Gardens. While Kristen and Sarah went to check on “the project” Michael and I decided to wait for them in front of the fountain. Michael kept telling me how much I mean to him and then he got down on one knee and asked me if I would marry him! Of course, I said “YES!” So there was never a project and we were never really going to the zoo! It was part of the plan to get me to Holcomb Gardens where Sarah and Kristen could take pictures and video the entire event! The best part was that both of our families were on campus waiting for at Scotty’s Brewhouse to celebrate with us! It was the perfect day and I couldn’t have asked for a better proposal. I’m so excited and blessed to be marrying my best friend.
