• 2:30–3:30 PM — Guest arrival + seating
• 4:00 PM — Ceremony
• 4:30–5:30 PM — Cocktail hour
• 5:30–6:15 PM — Dinner
• 6:15–10:00 PM — Toasts + dancing + celebration
• 10:00 PM — Music ends 
• By 11:00 PM — Final departure
