Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in the same building?

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a trolley to transport everyone to the venue. The trolley will run from approximately 4:00 PM to 4:50 PM before the ceremony and 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM after the reception. The front desk will have further information as to where the trolley will be parked.

Yes, you will need to request them upon ordering.

Do we need to choose our entree option before the reception?

Answer

No, your order will be taken at the venue. The options will be Filet Mignon with a Mushroom Ragout and Red Wine Demi Glace, Salmon Oscar with Citrus Beurre Blanc , or Maple Chicken. The side dish will be Mashed Potatoes.

Does the hotel have parking?

The Loews Hotel has parking for $49 a night. There are also cheaper parking garages located nearby the hotel.

Are there any activities planned for after the reception?

We will all be meeting at the Loews Hotel bar, Bank and Bourbon, for drinks after the reception.
