When should I RSVP by?

When should I book a room from the Moonrise?

Answer

They will hold rooms for our discount until September 15th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are short on space so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate extra guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is street along Wells Dr. There is also the Festival and Parking Plaza that is about a 5 minute walk away. For the reception, there is a parking lot behind the Moonrise. Additionally, there is street parking along Delmar and a parking garage close by.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergy when you RSVP for the reception and we will accommodate you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Jewel Box at least 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start at 12:30 CT but no sooner than 12:00 CT. We will begin promptly 12:30 CT.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome. Please be courteous and responsible for your children during the events. Childcare will not be provided.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrange your own transportation to and from the events. Uber or Lyft are great options if you are arriving without a car.
