How do I book my stay at The Moon Palace?

When is the wedding and when should I arrive?

Our wedding is on Saturday, 3/1/25. There is a 4-night minimum stay at The Moon Palace Cancun. Although the booking site suggests a stay from 2/27/25 - 3/3/25, your 4+ nights can be any dates of your choosing as long as 1-night lands on the day of the wedding (3/1/25).

What is included in my All-Inclusive stay at The Moon Palace?

- Transfer to/from airport and resort - All Food / Beverages (top-shelf alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks) - Access to all the resorts 20+ restaurants and bars - Access to all the resorts daily activities and nightly entertainment - 24/7 Room Service - Luxury Accommodations

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, and your passport cannot expire for at least 6-months from your arrival day in Mexico. For Example: If you arrive on 2/28/25, your passport needs to be good until at least 8/28/25.

What should I pack?

- Passport - Sunscreen - Bathing Suits - Comfortable Walking Shoes (the resort is VERY big) -Welcome Party Attire -Wedding Attire *We will update with more specifics as we get closer!*

Do I need to tip at the resort?
Answer
Tipping is NOT required or expected at all-inclusive resorts. However, tips are always appreciated by resort staff! If you're able, or if you receive exceptional service, we recommend tipping $1-2 USD per drink, $3-5 USD per restaurant meal, and $2 per day at the end of your stay for housekeeping. Tips can be provided in pesos or USD.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Of course! The more the merrier. Children ages 0-17 are only $30 each for their entire stay at The Moon Palace. If you need to request a rollaway bed for your child, you can do so by emailing Katy once you reserve your room (Katy@vacationeeze.com). If you'd like to bring additional family/friends along with you for childcare purposes, feel free to have them book through our block.
