Question
Where should I park?
Answer
If you are driving to the property please enter the first gate to the venue. The navigation may lead you to the second entrance, but once you turn onto Doss Rd look for the entrance with the wooden sign that says 'Hudson Bend Ranch'. Once you have entered please turn left and then turn right at the 'Sunrise Casita' sign. We will have an attendant help you with parking. If you are taking Uber please proceed to the second entrance of the venue that the GPS will lead you towards. This entrance is much easier for cars to go in and out of after drop off. Please leave extra time upon arriving for parking and walking towards the ceremony sight!

What should I wear?

The dress code is semi formal. We would love for our guests to dress for our garden party theme! Pastel colors are encouraged!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We absolutely adore your children, but this will be a kid free wedding. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. Enjoy your parents' night out! ;)

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts to get settled in your seats. Late arrival to the ceremony will result in an usher guiding you to the waiting area until the ceremony has concluded. The earliest you will be seated for the ceremony is 4:00 PM.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

All wedding festivities will take place at Hudson Bend Ranch! Please keep in mind that everything will be hosted outdoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will clearly state whether you have received a plus one or not.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab above. You can also refer to the QR code on your invitation. Please clearly state everyone you are including in your RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than March 10th. RSVPs passed this date will not be accounted for.

Food & drinks?
Answer
We will be serving Italian food for dinner. This menu will include pizza, salad and pasta. We will have an open bar. This will not be a full-service bar mainly beer and wine will be served along with plenty of other non-alcoholic drinks. Please do not bring any outside drinks onto the premises as our venue prohibits.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We would prefer you kept your cameras at bay and be in the moment with us during our special day! While we love that you want to capture these special moments, leave the picture taking and videoing to the professionals! We will share plenty of their work after it is done!
