Things To Do

Our favorite activity in Maui was simple. We loved to walk the Wailea beach path and pass the beautiful hotels including the Grand Wailea. This is where we fell in love with the Grand Wailea Chapel and we knew this is where we would have our wedding. Our favorite spot to eat was the Kihei Caffe (1945 S Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753). We love the banana macadamia nut pancakes! If the waves are good, we enjoyed surfing at The Cove and renting surfboards right across the street!

Haleakalā National Park Summit Entrance

Haleakalā National Park Summit Entrance

30000 Haleakala Highway, Kula, HI 96790

The gates open at 7:00am to the public. Tickets are required to enter before 7:00am if you want to try to make the sunrise. We found the tickets very hard to get so we just waited at 7:00am for the gates to open. This spot is worth the visit! It has incredible views of the inactive volcano crater.

For all the days along the way
