Yes! See the Travel section of our website for more information and the link to reserve your rooms. Please reserve rooms by February 8th

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! On wedding day there will be several trolleys to help transport to the venue. The trolleys will also transport back to the hotel at the end of the reception, but they will not be running back and forth throughout the day. If you would prefer to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Otherwise uber and lyft will be easily accessible as well!

The ceremony and reception are at the same venue, which has plenty of parking.

What time should I arrive to the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes before the wedding start time.

What part of the day, if any, will be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on a patio. The reception will be indoors. All are at the same venue. The venue does have the ability to move both the ceremony and cocktail hour indoors if needed due to inclement weather.
