When booking through the hotel, you are only required to put a partial deposit down to hold your reservation with free cancellation until December 1. You will be able to find further information about rates and payment plans/information via the link provided. Instructions to book via hotel website: 1. Click link below. 2. Select "Dominican Republic" as Country, "Punta Cana" as City, and "Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana" as Property. 3. Select amount of guests who will occupy the room. 4. Select travel dates. 5. Once travel dates are selected, you will be redirected to the reservation site. Click “Enter Discount Code” on the left hand side of the screen and type the group code FFW1223 (all caps-no spaces as the website is case sensitive) then click “Save” to see the rooms with the discounted rates. ***If you are using a mobile device or tablet, the "Enter Discount Code" will be in a yellow box at the bottom of the page*** 6. Once you click “Save” you will see the rooms with the discounted rates, here you just need to select the room type you want to reserve by clicking on it and following the reservation steps. Once your 1 night deposit is charged, you will receive an email with your room confirmation as well as a link to modify your reservation if needed.
