Question

Will Transportation be provided to the Ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the Ceremony at Providence College. Please either drive or arrange for other transportation (i.e. Uber). Please note Providence College is approximately 45 minutes away from the hotel blocks in South Kingston so please allow for extra travel time.

Where should I park at Providence College?

Answer

St. Dominic Chapel is located on Providence College campus. Please see map above! If driving yourself and you are unfamiliar with campus, we recommend using the the main gate at 1 Cunningham Square (corner of Eaton Street and River Ave) , make your first right and follow the road until you reach the Chapel (right past the library). Alternatively you can use the Huxley Ave gate which will bring you to the roundabout. Security will direct you towards parking and the chapel. Please allow for at least 15 minutes for parking as we will begin the ceremony promptly at 2pm.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel blocks to Shepherd's Run?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation from the hotel blocks to and from Shepherd's Run on the night of the wedding.

Formal Attire please.

Is there a dress code for Welcome Drinks on Friday?

Smart casual! For men - think polos and button ups. For women - sundresses, skirts, and tailored pants.

When will the shuttles leave?

Answer

Pick up from Hampton Inn - 4:30pm Pick up from Fairfield - 5:00pm Transportation will leave from Shepherd's run back to both the hotel blocks at 10pm. Transportation will also bring you to the after party located at Audrey's across the street. Shuttles will leave from the after party back to the hotel blocks until 1 am.
