What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Ladies: Formal cocktail attire is appropriate (floor-length evening gowns are encouraged but a mid-length dress is also appropriate). Gentlemen: Black tie is appropriate (tuxedos/dark suits and ties preferred).

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony is planned to be outdoors. Following our "I do's", cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors. However; if Mother Nature chooses to party first, the ceremony will take place indoors.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I book a room at the Grand Cascades Lodge or Minerals Hotel online?

Answer

No, rooms cannot be booked online, they must be done via phone call. A limited number of guest rooms have been set aside at both properties. To reserve your hotel accommodations, simply call 866.921.0422, choose prompt #2 and mention the Alford Leonescu Wedding. Requests must be received at least 45 days prior to your arrival.
