How do I get to Lake Tahoe?

Answer

The closest airports are Reno-Tahoe International Airport (approximately 1 hour away) and Sacramento (approximately 2 hours away). A Rental car is recommended.

When should I book my hotel?

Lake Tahoe is a popular destination, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking accommodations as early as possible.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be provided for the Welcome Party only. Please meet at the Hyatt valet by 5:15 PM for a prompt 5:30 PM departure.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM at the Creekside Lawn. Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ♡

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. If you’re planning to bring them along for the weekend, our wedding planner has shared information for local nannying services. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like those details.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The welcome party, ceremony, and reception will all be held outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather. Please note that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception will take place on grass. Ladies—we recommend avoiding thin heels. A light sweater is encouraged.
