The Galgorm has an award-winning spa, which we recommend visiting. You have free access to the Thermal Spa Village when booking an overnight stay, and check out is typically 11am or midday depending on your chosen room.
The north coast is a beautiful spot. If you plan on making a trip of it, we would recommend hiring a car and checking out the Giant's Causeway (40 minute drive), Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge (40 minute drive), Portrush (40 minute drive) or Belfast City Centre (37 minute drive).
