Is it a Halloween themed wedding?

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes/Suits and gowns are preferred, but not required. Wearing the wedding colors (Rose Gold and/or Tungsten) is encouraged but not required.

Where should we park?

The Embassy/Claypool garage is attached to the Indiana Roof Ballroom with an entrance directly into the Ballroom, off the 7th floor of the garage. Self parking: $28.00 (Garage Parking) with in and out privileges. Price subject to change. You could also park at the Circle Center Mall Parking Garage for a smaller fee.

Will we be outside at all?

Answer

The Indiana Roof Ballroom is an indoor venue. The Embassy/Claypool garage is attached to the venue with an entrance directly into the Ballroom, off the 7th floor of the garage. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, there is an entrance directly into the ballroom. Unless you are walking in from the street, you should be able to be inside, or covered, at all times.

Enter on the far right hand side of the building and take the elevators to level 6.

Are there any large events happening in Downtown Indianapolis during your wedding weekend?

Answer

Not that we are aware of as the FFA Convention has been canceled.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

We ask that all devices are put away during the ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take photos.
