Sonesta will be our main hotel where guests will stay for the wedding. The hotel bar will be open late for an after party following the reception! More information to follow! Please call the reservations department at SONESTA to make the reservations and give this code 100623MACI. Reservations for the block will be accepted until September 1st 2023. **If the block is full please let me know, as I can add more rooms if they are available to our wedding block! ****This block has filled up many times, and now the rate has increased ($289) due to peak wedding season. I have argued many times about the rate but unfortunately due to demand it cannot be lowered.

Shuttle
First Student Busses
October 7, 2023 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Shuttle busses will be transporting guests from both the Sonesta and Double Tree to the wedding ceremony at 4:00pm. The shuttles will also bring the guests back to both hotels after the wedding reception at 10:30pm. The after party will then take place at the Sonesta's bar. If you are staying at the Double Tree and are coming to the after party , the shuttle bus will take you there. After the "after party," you will have to find your own transportation from the after party to the Double Tree.

**We do not have a block here, but this hotel is located 1 mile from Sonesta Select. There are rooms available here for the night of the wedding. There will not be transportation from this hotel, but you can uber/drive to the Sonesta or DoubleTree and get onto the shuttle bus for 4pm.
