Colita - MPLS
An upscale Mexican restaurant in South Minneapolis. This one makes the list because they have David's favorite Churro of all time. Save room for Dessert! And make sure to get a reservation!
Matt's Bar and Grill - MPLS
A very contentious battle has been brewing between Matt's Bar and the 5-8 Club over who invented the Juicy Lucy, a cheese STUFFED burger. We like both. Let us know who you think wins!
Surly Brewing Co. - MPLS
A local favorite. This brewery has it all - great food, great atmosphere, and even better beer!
Mall of America - MPLS
Largest mall in the U.S. No visit to Minnesota is complete without a stop here! Very conveniently located near the airport and easy to get to using the light rail.
Minnehaha Falls - MPLS
Enjoy an amazing waterfall right in the heart of the Twin Cities! Minnehaha Falls is viewable after a short couple minute walk from the parking lot. You can take the nearby trail at the base of the falls for a quick 15 minute hike to the Mississippi River

Watch the Minnesota's MLB Team, the Minnesota Twins, take on the Cleveland Guardians on Sept. 20th at Target Field in Minneapolis!
Lake Harriet Bandshell Park - MPLS
A quiet place to catch your breath. Located in South Minneapolis, the Lake Harriet bandshell has live music or movies to catch for free on summer nights. Or go during the day and get an ice cream cone and walk around the lake!
The Saloon - MPLS
Ahh, the bar where the couple met! This bar is not suitable for those under 21. Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, it's got something for everyone, from drag shows to dance parties.
Valleyfair - MPLS
These two love an amusement park and promise you won't be disappointed in this one. About a 45-60 minute drive from downtown St. Paul.
Handsome Hog - STP
For some of the best barbecue around, check out the Handsome Hog! Our favorite are the pulled pork, the brisket, and the frozen sidecar!
Red Cow - STP & MPLS
We can't say enough good things about the food at Red Cow. They have several locations throughout the Twin Cities. Come for the burgers stay for the cheese curds!
Pizza Lucé - STP & MPLS
Another one of Mike's must stops when he comes home. David doesn't seem to mind. Come for a slice or one of their specialty pizzas - the baked potato is a crowd pleaser!
Cossettas - STP
One of our favorites! An incredible Italian restaurant and marketplace! David goes for the cannolis, Mike goes for the mostaccioli. No need to pick sides, get both!
Como Park Zoo & Conservatory - STP
A free zoo and conservatory in the heart of St. Paul, about 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul. Mike used to work here prior to veterinary school as a zookeeping intern. They have daily giraffe feedings and sea lion shows!
Can Can Wonderland - STP
This place has it all! Indoor mini golf with some very unique holes, boozy milkshakes, and a brewery right upstairs. Make sure to plan ahead, parking can be rough!
