Walt Disney World®
An obvious choice for many guests. Disney is about a 30 minute drive from the venue depending on what park you are looking to visit. They offer their day and multi day passes along with lodging in case you would prefer to stay there.
Universal Orlando
From Harry Potter World to Islands of Adventure, this theme park is absolutely packed with fun times. There are plenty of hotels in this area as well that you can stay at in case you would prefer to stay there. The hotels usually offer a bundle package with tickets to the parks as well.
Downtown Winter Garden
Michael and Dara think is such a lovely town, and it's not far! This is a great area to get a bite to eat, enjoy the local brewery, or get some retail therapy at the boutiques along the main strip. Step right into a Hallmark movie and enjoy all that the downtown area has to offer!
Cocoa Beach
This is one of the closest beaches to Orlando. It's also very close to Cape Canaveral as well, which will be fun if there are launches! This beach is on the Atlantic side, so the water may be a bit chilly this time of year.
Siesta Key
This is one of Michael and Dara's favorite beaches. This is a Gulf Coast beach not to miss. With beautiful white sand beaches and warmer waters than the Atlantic, you are sure to have a great time.
Kelly Park - Rock Springs
With crystal clear water, tubing through the park is an unforgettable experience.
Headwaters Lake
This is THE lake to fish if you want non-stop freshwater fishing action! Anglers can catch more than 40 bass on a good day at Fellsmere, with the chance at a bass over 8 pounds. The average size bass is 1.5 to 3 pounds. With the abundance of vegetation, the most productive lures are topwater lures and weedless soft plastic jerkbaits or stickbaits. Good luck!
