Have you reserved room blocks at a hotel?
Answer

Can I get the room block price if I want to stay for more than 2 nights?
Answer
Yes! Extended stays at the room block rate are subject to availability. Please book the two nights included in the room block using the booking link first. After your reservation is confirmed, you may request additional nights directly through the hotel’s reservations team. Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be complimentary transportation for wedding guests to and from our preferred hotel, La Concha (Condado, PR). If you’re staying at another hotel or a rental, you’re welcome to Uber/Lyft to La Concha or park your car there and hop on the shuttle. Shuttles will run before and after the wedding so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors to enjoy the scenery, and the reception will be indoors with air conditioning for everyone’s comfort.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If a guest has been included in your invitation, their name may appear on the envelope or your RSVP will reflect the number of seats reserved for your party. If your RSVP indicates one reserved seat, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the best airport to fly into/out of?
Answer
The best airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), located just 10–15 minutes from La Concha Resort.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
The dress code is black tie optional. We’d love for guests to wear long dresses, tuxedos, or dark suits, something elegant for an evening celebration. Since the ceremony will be outdoors in Puerto Rico, we recommend lighter fabrics to stay comfortable and block heels or wedges for walking on grass. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing olive green, as this color has been reserved for our bridesmaids.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?
Answer
Puerto Rico enjoys warm, tropical weather year-round. Expect daytime highs in the 80s and evenings that stay comfortably warm. There may be occasional brief showers, so we recommend light, breathable clothing and bringing a small umbrella or wrap just in case.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a full open bar for the entire evening so get ready to raise a glass and celebrate with us. 🍸🥂

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow plenty of time to sign in, explore the venue, snap a few photos, and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Is there an after-party?
Answer
Yes! The wedding reception will end at 11:30pm, and then we’ll continue the celebration at Fifty Eight, the nightclub located inside La Concha Hotel. Please note that drinks at the after-party will be available for purchase.
