While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration with the exception of our immediate family and wedding party.
Botanica has a dedicated and free parking lot at the main entrance of the gardens. The main parking lot is a short walk from the location of our wedding. Please view the images tab on our website for a map of Botanica.
An map of Botania is provided on the image tab of our website. The Chinese Friendship Garden and the Lotus Hall are marked on the map. We recommend entering through the main entrance for the Lotus Hall, a side entrance will be monitored for those entering the garden directly.
Yes, the main entrance and the side entrance to the Chinese Friendship Garden are wheelchair accessible. There is a set of stairs to the left leading to the ceremony area however, there is also a leisurely path to the right through the garden that is wheelchair friendly to also access the ceremony area.
Weather permitting, our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats.
We will have a cash bar available immediately following the ceremony, credit cards will be accepted.
There will be plenty of food provided throughout the afternoon and evening. A grazing table during the cocktail hour and a full taco-bar will be available shortly thereafter.
No, we did not reserve room blocks at any hotels. The travel tab gives you a few options that are a short drive, uber or lyft ride from the venue. As far as we are aware, there are no shuttle options from these hotels to the venue. Please be responsible and have a DD or get an uber!
