When is the RSVP deadline?

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
Yes, we have a hotel block at the Hilton Richmond Downtown. See the travel section for more information. The group rate will be valid until December 23rd or until the room block sells out.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress code is cocktail or semi-formal attire

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?
Answer
No, but Ubers and Lyfts are readily available in the city and some hotels are walking distance to the venue

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Richmond is cold in January. The ceremony will be held in a covered courtyard with heat lamps and the cocktail hour and reception will be held inside

Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at Common House- Richmond at 305 West Broad Street. When you arrive, there will be a sign pointing you to enter through the courtyard on North Madison Street

What time should we arrive?
Answer
The courtyard will be open starting at 4:30pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. If you arrive after 5, we'll ask you to join us at cocktail hour

Where do I park?

There is street parking in the area and public parking garages on Grace street

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. All invited guests will show up on the RSVP page when you go to RSVP for your group

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We've hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the whole evening. Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, but you're welcome to click away the rest of the evening as long as you share with us!

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
There will be an open bar, appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner will be served family style, and there will be plenty of desserts! If you have any dietary concerns, please include it in your RSVP

What time is the reception scheduled to end?
Answer
Reception will end at 10pm but if you would like to keep the party going, we will head to the bar on the fourth floor of Common House after the reception
