There are some AMAZING and breath-taking scenic views off the Blue Ridge, one of our favorite soul soothing escapes. Also, there are plenty of trails that are conveniently located right off the road if you’re looking into getting some hiking in!
Lots of shopping and good eats/ drinks.
There’s a plethora of breweries, shops, and restaurants in the heart of downtown, typically sprinkled with some corner-side music. Definitely recommend exploring our city! From Coxe Ave, to Patton, to Biltmore Ave to Broadway.
Historic and beautiful landmark less than 10 mins from downtown Asheville. Parking is free the first 3 hours. There’s shops and several different restaurants to chose from if you’re looking to treat yourself. Views from the Sunset Terrace cures all.
Cute and quaint farm on the outside of town! It’s about a 20 minute drive from the downtown area. There’s a deli that’s open from 11-4 with sandwiches, wraps, and salads. There’s a shop within the deli that sells local jewelry, art work, and food goods. Also, since it’s spring, baby farm animals! We loving going here <3
Fun little town with shops and restaurant options that’s right before Lake Lure. What it’s known for is the state park that has multiple trail selections and a waterfall. The views from the top are pretty incredible that over look Lake Lure. Accessible by stairs or an elevator. $17 for a 1 day adult pass. $8 for a 1 day youth pass to enter the state park.
