Parking is very limited. Guests are encouraged to use the complimentary shuttle from Narrows Park & Ride. A black Mercedes Sprinter will run every 10 minutes starting at 3 PM. Ceremony begins at 4 PM. Shuttle available throughout the event.
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only celebration. We understand that childcare arrangements may be challenging, and if you’re unable to attend because of this, we completely understand and appreciate your support from afar.
Doors will open at 3:15PM for guest seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM. To ensure an uninterrupted ceremony, guest who arrive after the wedding party processional has begun will not be permitted to enter until the ceremony has concluded. If you arrive late, we will welcome you at cocktail hour. Please be mindful of Tacoma traffic and allow extra time for arrival . We encourage all guest to arrive early so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins.
Dress Code Our Celebration is a formal evening event. We kindly ask guests to dress in Black- Tie or Formal attire to match the elegance of the occasion. Gentlemen- Tuxedos or suits with dress shoes are encouraged. Ladies- Gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or formal attire. To compliment the wedding aesthetic, we encourage guest to wear clothes within a soft, elegant palette such as black, champagne, gold, olive or neutral tones.
Unplugged Ceremony We invite you to capture photos and videos as the ceremony begins and during the processional. Once we prepare to exchange our vows, we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and silenced so everyone can be fully present in this special moment.
Yes, we'll have a professional bartender on hand throughout the event. We're operating a cash bar, with drinks ranging from $5 to $12.
