Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Question

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal Cocktail: Suit and tie, dressy pantsuit, cocktail dresses, etc.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Dinner and reception will be held indoors following our ceremony and cocktail hour which will be held outside, near the reception area.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

October is always a beautiful month in Arizona. However, it can still get pretty hot sometimes with the forcast between 90 - 100 degrees. This is also the time of the year when golf courses like to overseed their grass. Knowing this, please be cautious of long dresses or stilettos that will sink easy in the grass.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive around 30 min before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We prefer an unplugged ceremony. However, for the rest of the night, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels! We will also have a photo booth in our reception area. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MatrimonioGaliano so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
