Michael and Chandni grew up in the same town, but never ran into each other….In 2013, Michael and Chandni met up for their first date after being introduced to each other. Although this wasn’t God’s timing for the beginning of their relationship, the friendship and connection was one of a kind…. Michael and Chandni kept in contact and for Chandni’s 30th birthday celebration, she needed someone to do photography, but everyone was booked. Chandni reached out to Michael as she knew he was a great photographer. Michael agreed right away and they both had a great time at her birthday and felt the same connection they had when they first met. A few months later, Chandni and Michael kept running into each other at the gym. They started working out together and God knew the timing was right. They fell in love working out together and the rest is history....

Michael told Chandni they were going away to Jersey City for the Fourth of July to celebrate his new position as Police Officer at the Franklin Township Police Department. Chandni was excited to celebrate his accomplishment and didn't suspect a thing. Michael helped Chandni pick outfits by telling her some of the things they would be doing all weekend because he knows how she is! After they checked into the hotel, he told her they were going to brunch in the city and would be taking the ferry. Although it was started to drizzle outside, Chandni stayed positive and let Michael lead! As they waited for the ferry, Chandni got pre-occupied with a puppy that a woman was training. She happened to be the distraction and the photographer's wife. Michael then told Chandni the photographer said he would get some pictures of them with the beautiful background. If you know Chandni, she loves pictures, so she still didn't suspect anything. As they turned around, Michael got on one knee and Chandni was completely shocked! Of course Chandni said YES!!! The location was right near the first picture Michael and Chandni took together....
