FAQs

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 1st so we can plan accordingly.

Question

If you are unsure you can make it.

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with the people we love most! As our venue has limited capacity, we kindly ask that you RSVP “Yes” only if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If you find that you’re unable to join us, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another guest.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony will move indoors to The Historic Grand Canyon Hotel where the reception is scheduled to take place.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Question

When can we post pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. This is something we are taking very seriously and if a phone is in site during the ceremony you will be asked to leave. However, feel free to capture all the moments you'd like during the reception. We're happy to have reception photos and videos shared anytime.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the occasion(think cocktail/garden formal). The ceremony will be in the forest so please be mindful of shoe choices. The bridal party is wearing cream and emerald so please avoid wearing these colors and white.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time to park, get settled, and find your seat. Please note that the ceremony location is accessed by a short drive along a dirt road, so we recommend planning your travel time accordingly. To help us keep the ceremony intimate and uninterrupted, if you arrive after it has begun, we kindly ask that you join us at the reception instead.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. We have a 10% discount code available for guests to book directly through the venue.

Question

What is the discount code for booking a hotel room at The Historic Grand Canyon Hotel?

Answer

Ballroom10

Question

Important note for check in at the hotel

Answer

We will be arriving in Williams on 10/02/26 and would love if people would like to join us the day before as well. We understand that our wedding is out of town and some guest will want to only stay the night of the wedding. Please note check in for the hotel is at 4pm and the ceremony starts at 4pm. For those arriving the day of the wedding you can check in before heading to the ballroom for refreshments. The hotel may offer early check in for an additional cost, please contact the hotel if you are interested in this option.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance. We will have gluten free options available for dinner.

Question

What are the food options?

Answer

We are planning to have tacos/Mexican food for our meal.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Due to the hotel's liquor license only mocktails, wine and beer will be served in the main area. We will have hard liquor in a separate room if you wish to add it to your mocktail or take a shot. All hard liquor must be poured in your hotel room or in the designated liquor room. No flasks, shot bottles, or hard liquor can be seen in the main area or you may be asked to leave.
