It’s happening!

With COVID-19 still a concern, we have opted for an intimate ceremony. As much as we want everyone to be able to celebrate in person, we do ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding to please stay home and toast us from afar. There will be a virtual event broadcasted via zoom for those who cannot make it in-person. We are looking forward to celebrating with you!

Our story began in Mrs. Nord’s second period english class in 2007. We were 14 and 15 years old, and good students. We chatted most days about homework and Michael made Brooke laugh. Brooke supported Michael on the football field as a cheerleader and Michael backed up Brooke and her fellow violin players from the bass section in orchestra. Fun fact: we actually went to prom together Junior year! Michael asked Brooke to be his date in the school parking lot, after the last bell. Her face turned bright red when she said "sure!" When we went off to separate colleges, we remained distant friends through texts, the occasional FaceTime call and, when we could swing it, a trip to Handles ice cream. As fate would have it, we found our way back to each other in March of 2018, when we had our first date. Two years of long distance phone calls, laughs, road trips, new jobs, support and love resulted in a proposal on December 14, 2019.
