What should I wear?
Answer
Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual - We ask that our guests wear what they feel most comfortable in. Dress pants with a button down shirt for men (tie optional) and a sundress/midi dress or dressy top with skirt or pants for women is fine! We recommend comfortable shoes if you plan to dance and celebrate with us!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. In case of rain, the celebration will be moved to a covered patio area.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We adore your children, but due to our lakeside venue and safety considerations, we’ve decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We are holding an intimate celebration with our closest loved ones and can only accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. If you receive a plus-one, they will be listed as "Guest" on your Save-the-Date envelope and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The RSVP deadline will be a couple weeks before the wedding date. More info will be in your official invitation which will be sent out early 2027.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests put away phones, cameras, and devices during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture everything for us to share later.

How do I get to and from the venue?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue - The Lake House Fort Pierce (321 Lamont Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947). The venue is accessible by car and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. There will be parking available on site. If you plan to drink, we recommend arranging a rideshare or designated driver to get home safely.

Will you have a hotel room block?
Answer
We will not have a hotel room block for this event. There are many hotel and Airbnb options in the area at a variety of price points, so guests can choose accommodations that best fit their preferences and budget. Please refer to our travel page for more info!
