Flight
San Diego International Airport is the closest airport. The wedding will take place at The Park Hyatt Aviara located in the town of Carlsbad. Carlsbad, CA is located 36 miles up the coast from the airport. A rental car to get around is recommended! However, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area.
Hotel
Rooms have been blocked for our guests! To book your room click on the "view" button to be taken to our direct room block booking link. Rooms are available at a discounted rate from October 17, 2024 through October 20, 2024. Please book ASAP as rooms are limited. Additionally, the Hilton Garden Inn or the Cape Rey Carlsbad are great hotel options nearby. Shuttle
October 18, 2024 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
A shuttle will be running from the cocktail hour space starting at 6:30pm to take guests back to the main hotel for the reception. Guests that did not drive themselves should utilize this shuttle service as the spaces are not walking distance from each other. For those who drove themselves, valet services at the main hotel building are available: Day valet for wedding guests is $5.00, Overnight is $35.00 per car, per night.
