When are the RSVPs due?

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

The simple answer is no. Please visit the travel page for local cabins and lodges. Book early as these will fill up!

What should we wear?

Answer

The attire is casual! *this is an outdoor venue, but the reception will be under a tent* September in Leavenworth tends to be in the 75-80s during the day, BUT temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, so bring a jacket or wrap. Consider packing an umbrella as well. In case of less than desirable weather, we will drop the tent “walls” and turn on the heaters.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

ADA Accessibility?

Answer

The answer is yes? The venue is outdoor, but mostly flat land. The ceremony is up a small hill, but there is a back road for car access.

Question

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Sorry, the answer is no. This is a small town and many of the cabins are VERY close to the venue.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Well duh! You can count on cocktail hour, appetizers, open bar with beer and wine, and a buffet style dinner. Oh and dessert! The venue only allows us hard liquor during the cocktail hour, but there will be free beer and wine all night. So pack your flask if need be :)
