Please note that hotels in this area tend to fill up quickly due to high demand from nearby events! We’ve reserved room blocks at the hotel where the shuttle will pick up, but the number of rooms available to us is limited and released in small batches. If you’re planning to stay at one of these hotels, we highly recommend booking as early as possible, and if you can, coordinate with other guests to help ensure everyone gets a room and stays near each other. We’re doing our best to increase the number of rooms in our blocks and will keep you updated with any changes. Thanks so much for your understanding!

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at this hotel and will be arranging shuttle transportation to and from the wedding! Please use the link below to book through the room block. This hotel is about 25 minutes from the venue (I apologize for the distance. Its the closest area to the venue).

Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg

Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites share the same parking lot, so if you prefer to stay at here, you can still use the shuttle service from the Homewood suites without any issues! We don’t currently have a room block at Hampton Inn, but if that changes, we’ll update the website with the details.

This is where Michael and I will be staying with our families and the bridal party, and you're more than welcome to stay here too! Lansdowne Resort offers golf, restaurants, a spa, and more! It's a great option if you're looking to turn the weekend into a little getaway. It is a bit more of a splurge, but we’d love to have you join us :)

Parking information

There’s plenty of parking at the venue for anyone planning to drive. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight, but please make sure to pick it up by 11:00 AM the next morning. One important note: Ubers and other rideshares aren’t reliable for pickups at the venue at night. They might drop you off earlier in the day, but they will not come back out in the evenings. We don’t want anyone stranded, so please plan ahead - use the shuttle, drive, or arrange a ride home. Thanks for helping us keep the night fun, safe, and stress-free!

Shuttle from Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg, VA to Bluemont Vineyard

A shuttle will be picking up guests from the Homewood Suites parking lot. Unfortunately due to the distance, the shuttle will only make one trip to and from the venue, so please try to arrive on time for pickup! If you plan to use the shuttle, let Autumn, Michael, or Morgan know so we can make sure we have enough seats for everyone! More information on pick up/drop off time to come!
