Once you've booked your stay at the resort, you will receive a booking confirmation email with link to book your free airport transfer, under the "Plan Your Experience in Advance" heading. Please take note that your arrival and departure information must be provided to secure the airport transfer. Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time). Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights. made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option).
