I have known Ariana since August 2000, when I saw her and her family in The Trabant Student Center on the campus of University of Delaware. She was not too approachable, but I used my charm and wit to win over her friendship. We soon became roommates and would host the best Sunday dinners and parties with the best speakers on campus. From watching shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm, Sex and the City, singing Mary J and rapping Jay Z standing on the coffee table, to studying together until Ariana fell asleep, we never knew we created memories that would last forever. We could and still can sit for hour reminiscing and laughing until it hurt. I not only gained a friend almost 18 years ago, I gained a sister and my daughter gained a Godmother. Words can’t express how much I love this chick!
